If this is not reasonably possible, the Consumer will be informed where the Terms can be accessed electronically or sent upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of electronic contracts, the Terms will be provided in a way that the Consumer can easily store them on a durable medium. Additional terms for specific products or services shall also apply where relevant. In case of conflicting provisions, the most favorable interpretation for the Consumer will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4 \u2013 The Offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and\/or services. Visuals used by the Entrepreneur shall represent the products truthfully. Any errors do not bind the Entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will clearly state:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the offer is time-limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rights and obligations related to acceptance of the offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5 \u2013 The Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The contract is concluded once the Consumer accepts the offer and meets the stipulated conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For electronic orders, the Entrepreneur shall:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm receipt of the order without delay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use secure systems for data transmission and online payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retain the right to assess the Consumer\u2019s ability to meet payment obligations and decline an order with justification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon conclusion of the agreement, the Entrepreneur shall provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact information for inquiries or complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information on the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After-sales service and guarantees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The standard withdrawal form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without stating a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reflection period begins:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the day the Consumer or a designated third party receives the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For multiple items: the day the last product is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For scheduled deliveries: the day the first product is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7 \u2013 Consumer Obligations During the Reflection Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During this period, the Consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care, only to the extent needed to assess the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the product is devalued due to excessive handling, the Consumer may be liable for the diminished value unless the Entrepreneur failed to provide information about the withdrawal right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8 \u2013 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Consumer shall notify the Entrepreneur clearly (preferably via the withdrawal form) within the reflection period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Consumer must return the product within 14 days of this notification unless the Entrepreneur offers to collect it. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Consumer bears the return cost unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9 \u2013 Entrepreneur\u2019s Obligations in Case of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon withdrawal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Entrepreneur shall confirm receipt of the withdrawal (if submitted electronically).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund all payments (excluding any extra delivery charges) within 14 days, after the return is received or proof of return is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10 \u2013 Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are valid for the duration stated in the offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VAT-inclusive pricing applies unless the Consumer is outside the EU, in which case VAT may be excluded based on the delivery location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price changes are only allowed if due to tax\/legal changes or agreed variable pricing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 11 \u2013 Compliance and Extra Guarantees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Products must comply with the agreement, product descriptions, and legal regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An additional warranty (beyond legal rights) does not limit statutory guarantees. It includes any voluntary promises by the Entrepreneur or manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Map veneer layers may shift by up to 1mm due to the natural materials used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wood curvature and slight burnt wood odor may occur due to laser cutting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soot on map edges is normal and does not affect quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 12 \u2013 Delivery and Execution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Entrepreneur takes care in processing and delivering orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall occur within 30 days. Delays or incomplete orders entitle the Consumer to cancel the contract free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The risk of damage or loss passes to the Consumer upon delivery, unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Force majeure exempts both parties from contractual liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 13 \u2013 Complaints Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints must be submitted clearly and promptly after discovering defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Entrepreneur will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acknowledge complaints within 14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide an expected resolution timeline if more time is needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appendix 1 \u2013 Withdrawal Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>[Insert downloadable standard EU withdrawal form link or file]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 14 \u2013 Photo &amp; Timelapse Contest Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoter: <strong>Your Wooden Map<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees or affiliates of Your Wooden Map may not participate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid purchase of a Your Wooden Map product is required to enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries must be submitted via WhatsApp: +37060991045<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deadline: January 31, 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries must include either an installation <strong>photo<\/strong> or <strong>timelapse video<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winners will be chosen based on creativity and quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If unclaimed, the prize may be re-awarded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prizes are non-transferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copyright remains with entrants, but Your Wooden Map reserves the right to use submitted entries for promotional purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Legal Jurisdiction<\/strong>: Lithuanian law shall apply.
