We deliver to most countries worldwide.

  • Lithuania: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 4–10 business days
  • International shipping: from 7 business days (depending on destination)

Customs and Duties

  • EU Countries (except Cyprus, Malta, Norway, Switzerland): No customs fees – your order ships from within the EU.
  • Non-EU Countries: Customs and import taxes may apply. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any additional customs charges.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

Return Terms

Returns are handled in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (June 29, 2001) on the Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items, as well as EU consumer rights laws.

You may return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with all labels, stickers, and protective films intact.
  • The item is complete, with all parts and accessories as received.
  • You provide a purchase receipt or invoice.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions (e.g., shows signs of use, is damaged, incomplete, or not properly packaged), we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund.

Return Process

  1. Notify us by email at info@yourwoodenmap.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. Return the item to:
    Užugriovio g. 5, Užugriovis, LT-14256 Vilniaus r., Lithuania
  3. Use any postal or courier service of your choice (we recommend tracked shipping).
  4. Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation in the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective (quality) items: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • For defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is paid by us. Please include a receipt for return shipping costs.

Refund Conditions

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund:

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you return a quality item, only the product price will be refunded (excluding shipping).
  • If you return a defective item, we will refund the full amount, including shipping and return costs (upon submission of receipt).
  • If you choose to exchange a defective item, we will cover both the return shipping and the shipment of the replacement.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unused goods. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase.
